IV. Approval of May Financials: Board Member McKinnon made a motion to approve the May Financials.  Board Member Norwood seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.

V.  Approval of the June 2, 2022 Board Meeting Minutes: Board Member Norwood made a motion to approve the June board meeting minutes. Board Member McKinnon seconded the motion.  The vote was unanimous.

VI. Citizens Input: None

  1. Approval and Adoption of FY2022-2023 Budget:  Board Member McKinnon made a motion to approve the FY2022-2023 Budget. Board Member Norwood seconded the motion.  The vote was unanimous.

  3. Miscellaneous: GM Reblin advised he received a call regarding a truck we had ordered last year and it is now in. The price of the new truck is $34,000, GM Reblin wanted to make sure it is ok to purchase the truck. Board Member Ridgeway made a motion to purchase the truck.  Board Member McKinnon seconded the motion.  The vote was unanimous. GM Reblin advised we will take the money out of the grinder/meter account. GM Reblin advised he is still looking for a mini excavator to purchase. GM Reblin advised he received a call from Suwannee River Water Management and they would like to   have a meeting on July 27 at 9:00 a.m. about our current projects we have going on. They have money available, and we should see what we could possibly get. Board Member Ridgeway asked the status of the septic to sewer project.  GM Reblin advised we had a pre-bid hearing today and no one showed up. We should have about 140 new sewer customers and the grant will pay for the hook up (Cooey Island area).  GM Reblin asked was the board still interested in purchasing the rest of the Cooey land that we had previously discussed because they are ready to sell it. This is for the other 30 acres, we had purchase 15 acres before. The price is $7,500 an acre. Board Member Ridgeway made a motion to move forward with purchasing the 30 acres at $7,500 an acre. Board Member McKinnon seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous.
