Rates per thousand gallons or portion thereof (all classifications) would remain the same except for sewer cap on Residential customers only. The sewer cap would be with water usage of up to 5,500 gals for residential customers.
Light Commercial Wastewater Customer’s Rates will be based on total BOD’s less than 200 milligrams per liter. Heavy Commercial Wastewater Customer’s Rates will be those that exceed a total of BOD’s greater than 200 milligrams per liter.
Irrigation meters for Residential & Commercial Customers: Fees would stipulate that customer must have an active water meter to purchase an irrigation meter. The fee would be $525 plus $50 deposit. The customer would receive a separate bill for each account. The minimum monthly bill for the irrigation meter would be $31.75.
Rates Effective date will be the start of the Fiscal Year, October 1, 2015.
