move. GM Reblin stated that the fire hydrant had to be moved because it was in the center of a private driveway. Board Member Ridgeway also had a question about the Roy’s Restaurant bill. GM Reblin stated that it was a birthday lunch for employees. Chairman Hart asked if there were any more discussions. All those in favor say I. The vote was unanimous.
VII. Citizens Input: Chairman Hart asked if there was any citizens’ input. There wasn’t any.
VIII. Mark Reblin:
- Review of Light Commercial Class.
GM Reblin wanted to get approval for changing the classification of Residential Water & Residential Sewer to Light Commercial Class so that there will not be a cap on sewer use charges. Board Member Ridgeway made a motion for approval with the stipulation that the following verbiage is used. “If there are two or more livable dwellings on a parcel, it needs to be classified as Light Commercial because there is no cap on Light Commercial sewer charges”. Board Member McKinnon seconded the motion. Chairman Hart said all those in favor say I. The vote was unanimous.
- Tower Cleaning Quotes.
GM Reblin stated that the lowest bid he had received was for approximately $12,000.00 for pressure washing the tower. The company was licensed and insured and had a two week turn around time for scheduling after approval. Board Member Mills made a motion for approval. Board Member McKinnon seconded the motion.
- GM Reblin told the BBWA Board Members that he did find and was going to pick up a 14ft dump trailer. The trailer was $8700.00 with a $3000.00 discount.
- GM Reblin stated that in the packet was a Proposed Schedule of the WWTP Expansion. December 16, 2021 is a Special Board Meeting and all Board Member are asked to be present. Because of needing this Special Meeting, it was proposed that the regular meeting just be moved to this date as well. Board Member Ridgeway made a motion to move the meeting date from Dec 2 to Dec 16. Board Member Newman seconded the motion.
